For many years, the GA conference was organised by Lucy Oxley, and during the period of time that I worked for the GA the delegates were welcomed by a team of people including Anne Greaves (website manager), Anna Grandfield (who has worked on many of the GA's publications and journals) and Dorcas Turner (who also works on the journals) along with other people who worked for the GA for a short period of time such as Nicola Donkin and others who have been employed for much longer including Sue Clarke.
Most, if not all, members of the Solly Street staff will at some stage have helped out with the conference, and other events: erecting and manning the GA and other stands, working on reception or other jobs...
