Hill Top and Hazelwood Schools

I came across a reference to what sounds like an interesting volume for geography researchers into the early days of geography teaching.

Birmingham Library apparently has a copy. I may need to pay a visit.

Does anyone have further information on Hill Top or Hazelwood Schools?
