Michael Storm, RIP

As I posted back in September, the GA was made aware of the passing of Michael Storm.

Michael was GA President in 1988 - the year I started teaching. I referred to his work in my GA Presidential lecture. It's worth reading this entry to find out more about him - he did a great deal for the discipline and also the association.

I drew on his idea of "professional zest" several times.

Other memories of Michael are welcome, as indeed they are for any other past President.

This appreciation of Michael was published in the Autumn issue of the GA News.
