The GA recently released some statistics from a YouGov poll on the public's opinion of the value of geography's curriculum content for the teaching of climate change topics.
79% of UK adults support climate change being taught as part of the geography National Curriculum.
There was majority support for this position across male (76%) and female (82%) respondents, all age ranges 18+ to 65+ (between 75% and 87%), all socio-economic classifications (75-84%) and across all English regions (77-83%).
